Important Red Text Notes （your car need has PQ high version Gateway 7N0907530AA/AN/AJ/BC/BL）
The main wiring harness must run under the right side sill trim! Match all wires by corresponding colors for splicing.
Wiring Route Descriptions
- Black-green wire: Connect to ACC ignition power at fuse box
- Twisted CAN wire pair: Connect to Gateway Pin 7 (Grey wire 17)
- Brown wire: Ground at factory designated position on right side sill
- Left side blind spot indicator wires (Yellow, Brown): Route through original door rubber grommet; remove speaker and run wires along factory routing to rearview mirror
- Right side blind spot indicator wires (Green, Brown): Route through original door rubber grommet; remove speaker and run wires along factory routing to rearview mirror
- Main harness routing: Pass under the right side sill trim
- Rear harness routing: Thread wires through original rear radar harness grommet into trunk on the right rear side
- Central console routing: Run wiring beneath the center dashboard
Coding Instructions
Tick the box for Module 3C in the installation list of 19 CAN Gateway.
After Module 3C is recognized normally, clear all DTCs of the whole vehicle.
Once the vehicle is powered on and both side blind spot indicator lights light up during self-check, road testing can be carried out.
(The blind spot assist module has been pre-flashed with data and coding before delivery; do not reflash data manually.)
Rear Radar Module Installation
- Left Rear Module 685: Remove rear bumper, mount module bracket onto factory crash beam bolts (drilling required for some vehicle models)
- Right Rear Module 686 (multi-pin plug variant)
Bottom Warning Notice
Attention: The radar transmitting surface on the front of the module must not be blocked by any wiring harness or connector. Secure all wiring and plugs on the rear bumper firmly, otherwise false alerts will occur.
