Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not apply to your product under any of the following conditions:

  • The serial number has been removed or modified
  • The product has been subjected to misuse or damage — including water damage, physical abuse, or improper installation
  • The product has been modified in any way
  • The receipt or proof-of-purchase is unreadable or destroyed

How to obtain service

Pack the product properly and include the following inside:

  • Your full name
  • Complete return address
  • Written description of the problem
  • Daytime telephone number
  • Copy of the original purchase receipt
